How does renting an equipment work?
  • Decide what kind of device you need
    Are you planning to use the device in or around the house, a stationaly device will fit and is cheaper to rent. But if you want to be able to leave the house, to travel or your power supply is irregular, a portable device is ideal.
  • Send a reservation with all details
    Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, requested dates, needed consumables and possible accessories.
  • We make sure that everything is prepared in time
    We make the contract, the invoice and send it to you in time. And we will contact you to agree on when you would like to receive the Inogen of your choice.

Rate for renting an Inogen oxygen concentrator

Rental Rate

Minimum of 7 days
You can rent the portable Inogen concentrator for 2500Ksh a day. A stationary Inogen oxygen concentrator will go for kshs 2000 a day. We rent our devices for a minimum of 7 days.

Transport costs

special transport
We will deliver your Inogen to and from your house at a reasonable fee. We deliver the oxygen concentrators on demand out of Nairobi. The cost of delivery of the oxygen concentrator devices out of Nairobi will be determined by region.

Deposit
(refunded within 72 hrs)

Inogen oxygen concentrators are capital intensive, for this reason we will ask you for a deposit. Should there be any damage on the machine or its accessories, we will surcharge it to your deposit.

Fit to fly?

Want to rent a portable Inogen oxygen concentrator for travel? All our portable oxygen devices are approved by FAA and accepted by all airlines. However, the airline may ask you for additional information such as registration and sometimes even a ‘fit to fly certificate’ from your doctor.

We know that some people just take their device to the plane and go ahead and use it but we recommend that you get an approval with your airline before hand for ease and smooth check in.

150% battery life

Most airlines require the battery capacity to be 150% of the flight time. Talk to us and we will tell you what this means for you and give you advice on it.

We will be able to calculate for you how many extra batteries you need with your flight time, after examining your oxygen consumption per minute to help you meet the airline requirement.

You can rent a Lowenstein Medical device for 1500Ksh a day. We have both automatic CPAP and BIPAP devices available. The mask and patient interface is available at an extra cost.

Transport costs

special transport
We will deliver your Lowenstein device to and from your house and train you how to use. We deliver deliver countrywide at a reasonable fee. The cost of delivery is determined by the distance.
